Catch Them All!

A storm is brewing in Paldea, and at its heart burns the fierce glow of the Terastal Dark Flame. The Scarlet & Violet: Black Bolt expansion—known in Japan as 黒炎の支配者 (Ruler of the Black Flame)—delivers one of the most visually striking, collectible, and gameplay-shifting sets in the current Pokémon TCG era. This booster pack includes seven cards, each one a crackling fusion of fire, shadow, and electric energy that’s thrilling to open, play, and display.

At the center of it all is the long-awaited return of Charizard ex, reborn in a menacing Dark Tera Form—a stunning black-armored version of the iconic Fire-type Pokémon, now wielding shadow power with a dangerous edge. This card alone has sent shockwaves through the global TCG community and is already topping collector wish lists across continents.

But Charizard is only the beginning. Black Bolt explores a high-intensity clash of Dark-type and Electric-type Pokémon, with new Paradox evolutions, Tera-type ex cards, and richly illustrated Art Rares that bring dynamic storytelling into every pull. Whether you're chasing binder grails, building meta-defining decks, or collecting Japanese exclusives before their English debut, this set is loaded with rare hits and unforgettable visuals.

This expansion is also a love letter to evolution lines and dramatic Trainer moments—with cards that show entire stage lines across multiple arts, as well as full-art Trainers like Clavell, Geeta, and Poppy in premium Japanese Illustration Rare form. From intense in-game potential to head-turning shelf appeal, this set fires on all cylinders.

Each pack is a punch of premium design and possibility—offering crisp Japanese print quality, foil textures, and special holo effects not found in international editions. For seasoned collectors, competitive players, or anyone enchanted by the darker side of the TCG universe, Black Bolt is a must-have chapter in your collection.

Includes: (1) Pack of (7) cards.

Quick Read - Highlights Version
Format: Kindle
The author does a decent job of overviewing what took place during this time period. You will learn how many different events connect and see what caused various developments in Africa to take place. However, it was not as in depth as I would have liked and certainly could not cover everything that transpired during this time. Probably a decent survey book for high school students, but as an adult, I would have liked to see more elaboration and depth for each segment. 124 pages is a relatively short amount of space to cover so many topics. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Modern Africa is a land of mystery and intrigue
Format: Kindle
African history has truly as many facets as the multifaceted diamond. There are 54 countries in Africa but there are many more cultures. I found this book to be extremely interesting and it covered Africa from many sides. The book started by exploring the question of slavery in Africa. The history of slavery began long before the Europeans started transporting slaves to Europe and their colonies. The African tribes treated their slaves better than they were treated by the Europeans. The Europeans felt that the Africans were inferior and that it was their duty to colonize and Europeanize the African societies. They divided the continent of Africa among the major powers of Europe. Because of the colonization of Africa when Europe went to war they expected to draw manpower from their colonial possessions for the military. With this the colonial citizens were responsible for providing soldiers both in the European and the African theaters in the world wars. Africa has aiso been the theater of many civil Wars and also ethnic cleansings. This book also tells about some of the main revolutionaries and dictators that have led the countries of Africa. It is also a guide to the history of the relations of the United States with your African peoples. It will help you understand why some of the people mistrust the motives of the United States government when they interact with the different governments of Africa. African religions have always been interesting to me and this book shares some of those African religions and also the history of the Christian and Islamic religious pushing to Africa. It also has a chapter dealing with Africa and their politics in the theater of World affairs. This is a book I would love to have had while I was teaching world history. It has been researched and gives a greater understanding to what is going on in Africa and the history. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in world affairs. It is a great addition to any one who is interested both in world history and in the history of Africa.

Beautiful but it broke
Color: Warm Gold, Color: Warm Gold
Update: Amazon directed me to the company's website to deal with my issue of the broken paper towel holder. They responded on the same day and resolved my issue. I would buy this product again but I recommend only picking it up from the base to be on the safe side. Original Review: My item became separated from the base two months after purchase and it won't screw back together, so it is useless. Amazon prompted me to reach out to Ivilon, so I did. The paper towel holder was very beautiful and seemed sturdy. I will update my review if Ivilon rectifies this matter. I recommend never picking it up from the top since it is a heavy item and with the potentially faulty connection between the pole and the base, you could easily break a toe if it comes apart!
